LAME

The rant wasn't worth finishing so I am posting this instead:

Ryan: stupid pirated copy is a vcd, which means i have to install a special player

At this point I am saying "arr...tis a pirated copy...arr!" and giggling

Quick Rant

I have been living in the MSU photo lab for the past month or so in an attempt to get my final project done EXACTLY one day early. This way should something happen, God forbid, I have at least one class peroid to fix it. So I go into the lab today and go up to one of the few open enlargers only to notice that someone else is using it. Which wasn't a big deal. I just went to the englarger next to it (the same make and model) and start to set my stuff down. As I am gently placing my negative binder on the englarger the girl who was using the enlarger next to it says to me, "I'm using that one." To which I respond, "Oh I thought you were using that other one." To which SHE responds, "I AM." This girl was hogging TWO ENGLARGERS!! TWO!! And for what you ask? FOR CONTACT SHEETS!! She wasn't even working on her final project!! Amazingly enough she turns out to be one of those uber stuck-up photography girls who thinks she knows everything about everything and that since she has had ONE more class then me, that her needs surpass mine.

For Thanksgiving

This year, I am thankful for a mother who will call me on Thankgiving and sing "Happy Turkey Day" over and over on my voice mail. My mom rocks.

That's good. Usually when people don't hear from me for long periods of time it usually means I've fallen into some sort of dark well
then I start haunting video tapes and I grow my hair out long and I drip water all over the floor
it's just a huge mess

If you know me, then you know how much time I put into wrapping packages and presents for people. I've always felt that people should "oo" and "ahh" before they even open the package. The people at the post office know me as "the girl with the kooky packages". I've spray painted tubes filled with movie posters and drawn all over evelopes filled with photos. Half of the crap that I've sent out to my friends in LA is spray painted. Anyway, I just finished this tiny little birthday present today. I'm quite happy with it. It's spray painted 3 different colors and the postage stamps and stickers are REALLY from Japan (saved from a package I got from eBay). I'm really, really fond of this one. I'd like to not that I am wearing this Asian style top in the photo. I swear that was an accident.
